Senate Passes Nuclear Waste Bill - (SACRAMENTO) -- The state 
Senate has passed a measure that requires new
precautions when nuclear waste is shipped into California. 
Assemblywoman Sheila Kuehl (KYOOL)'s bill addresses the
concerns of activists who recently protested nuclear waste 
shipments through northern California. The legislation requires the
state to study current shipping methods... and designate the 
routes that will be used.
