3" X 3" NaI detectors; Source to purchase

Good evening,

I am looking to purchase two 3" X 3" NaI(Tl) Sodium Iodide 
temperature-compensated detectors for use with a portable Multi-channel 
analyzer.  Much to my amazement(!), I haven't been able to easily locate a 
vendor for these items.

Can anyone turn me on to who might have such equipment available?
