Alamos Scientific Laboratory  as Document LA-4558-MS. My copy is tattered
enough that the date of publication is illegible.

This document is the best overall treatment of effects etc of surface
contamination that I know of. The reference list is quite extensive, with
references 45 through 49 being particularly appropriate to resuspension.
