Vacuums

I would appreciate any response from anyone that have experience with
water filtered vacuum cleaners.  We are considering buying new vacuum
cleaners for decontamination purposes, which are equipped with HEPA
outlet filters, or a water filter.

Please list any pro's and con's, in reply.
