Sorry, probably my English or American is not good enough to understand
this comment - but I really do hope that you will explain it to me. I
hardly believe that other radsafers are interested in it, so direct your
answer to my private e-mail address. Harry Lime, Orson Wells and "The Third
Man" were decades ago - maybe you should visit Vienna nowadays to see that
times have changed. I am not going to answer you with comments on the US
situation at that old times and I think that this has changed as well......
