Compressed Radioactive Gas Cylinder Shipping

I need to ship a one liter radioactive CO2 cylinder. Internal pressure of the
cylinder is 830 psi. Total C-14 activity is 300 mCi with no external
radiation. We do not have shipping container for this cylinder. Compressed gas
and radioactivity together as mixed hazards confuse me a little.  Any
