My experience the last couple of years is that the Coleman brand
probably won't
have any thorium.
Check for other brands such as Century, Optimus, or Primus. I've had
good luck
at mass merchandise stores - Fred Meyers is the local northwest one
I've used,
also the Rite-Aid predecessor, Payless. I think you might have similar
luck at
Target, K-Mart, Wal-Mart or chain sporting goods stores such as Garts,
etc.
The thoriated brands will often have a "known by the State of California
to
contain carcinogens" warning on the back of the label, along with
possibly a
statement about very low levels of radioactivity.
