4 watts = 4 joule/s X 1 s = 4 joules

standard man weighs 70 kg

4/70 =  0.057 joules/kg

1 rad =  0.01joule/kg

0.057 joules/kg  X   1 rad                  =  5.7 rad
                0.01 joule/kg
