fluoroscopy exposure

This question is for those radsafe people who have radiology angiography
staff who continually receive high monthly exposures.  What do you do to
keep the staff from exceeding 5000 mrem in a year.  I know the option is to
keep then from doing cases but I would like to implement other options
first.
