At the University of Maryland that is a potential problem as well. We
have has success in hunting down the offending doctors and observing
their technique. This physical presence and a few kind works helps to
keep their dose down (< 5 R/yr.) for a few months. Then we do it again.

This question is for those radsafe people who have radiology
angiography
staff who continually receive high monthly exposures. What do
you do to
keep the staff from exceeding 5000 mrem in a year. I know the
option is to
keep then from doing cases but I would like to implement other
options
first.
