Re: Interstellar radiation spike
I heard a quick comment regarding this last night on CNBC news
broadcast, where the comment was made that by the time the
spike hit the earth's atmosphere, the most anyone would have
been exposed to would have been on the order of a chest x-ray.
The magnitude of that would vary, depending on the source of
information, from a potential dose of anywhere from 10 to 30 mrem
(typical values quoted for a single chest x-ray).
