There is a recitation, "This package conforms to the ..." specified in one
of the in 173.42X paragraphs which must be placed (verbatim) _on_  or  _in_
 the package.  We usually put it inside the package to avoid problems.
Also label the inner (preferably!!!) or outer package as radioactive.  Note
also that the surface dose rate cannot exceed 0.5 mR/hr to use this
shipping class, nor may the activity exceed 0.001 of the A2 value for the
isotope(s).  (Use the sum of the fractions rule if necessary.)

If you use FedEx, do not use their Hazardous Goods form, but use their
normal shipping form and check the box "Dangerous Goods - no shippers
declaration required".
