(1) typo on LQ limit - its 1 E-3 NOT 10E-3. 
 
(2) The shipper of a "limited quantity" package is NOT exempted from the 
training requirements of subpart H of 49 CFR 172 (see 49 CFR 173.422(b)(3)).
 
These are demanding, formal requirements, which require training, testing,
and 
recordkeeping.
