Tritium Surface Contamination

     I am soliciting input on tritium smear survey and analysis 
     techniques, specifically wet versus dry smears.  This will aid in 
     the development of a technical position for use at Savannah River 
     Site.  I am searching for literature (i.e., studies, position 
     papers, procedures).  Opinions are also welcome, but hard 
     documentation is vital.

     Please include any information relating to: (1) anything regarding wet versus 
     dry smear techniques, (2) for wet smears:  type of smears, 
     wetting agent(s), collection efficiencies, LSC counting 
     methodologies, etc.
