GNY HPS Meeting Additional Information

This message is a response to some requests for additional information
about the Greater New York Health Physics Society Chapter meeting
scheduled for Nov. 6 1998.

The speakers include :

C. Patrick  -  NYPA Public Relations  -  Risk Communications

D. Quinn   -  NYPA General Manager  -  LNT for the public

D. Mayer  -  NYPA RES Manager       -  LNT for the HP

M. Mokrzycki   -  AP Wire Service      -  Public Opinion About
Radiation, Good and Bad Polls


Still looking for volunteers to talk about  
  -  Lessons learned by HP's as a result of Public Contact 
  -  Media experience and perceptions from dealing with HP's

If you would like to make a presentation at the meeting, please contact

The plant tour is expected to begin about 4:30 PM ( after the meeting ),
and will last about 2 hours ( including entry and exit to the plant ).
If you plan to tour the plant, please ensure that you have 2 forms of ID
( drivers license & credit card  etc. )

A buffet lunch will be provided.
