Safety Listserver

I'm asking for a friend.  

I know there is a listserver out there similar to RADSAFE for Industrial
Hygiene/Industrial Safety types.  Any info on this list server or web pages
for safety issues/jobs would be appreciated.

I have a friend who will be getting a Master's in Industrial Safety in the
spring and wants to start looking for jobs, particulary in the Chicago Area.
He's 
bi-lingual (spanish).
