NUREG 1556 Vol 11 is not avail on the NRC website yet. Might be a few more weeks before it shows up according to the NRC Webmaster. Right now they are working on Vol 8 and 9.

I am trying to obtain a copy of NUREG 1556 V11, CONSOLIDATED GUIDANCE ABOUT
MATERIALS LICENSES PROGRAM-SPECIFIC GUIDANCE. Does anyone know where I can
obtain a copy, preferrably a downloadable version off the web? I have already
searched the GPO and NRC sites, as well as other areas on the web.
Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated. Please reply to me directly.
