Radiologically Contaminated Asbestos?

Right now we fallow OSHA and NY State guidance on asbestos work which at times conflicts with radiological guidelines for work, so we are writing waivers etc.  Does anyone know of federal guidance for working on radiologically contaminated asbestos?
