Staff Training Costs?

Does anyone have any figures on your staff training costs. For 
example, what would be the total cost to bring an HP Tech to an HP 
level. Training would include formal training, OJT, professioanl 
enrichment, etc. 

I will be crunching some numbers on this and will be happy to share 
my results with the list. Any thoughts or information would be 
helpful. Thanks.
