Interstate Nuclear Services Lawsuit against Muncipality

For very entertaining/interesting reading, you can download/view a copy of
the lawsuit that Interstate Nuclear Services Laundry filed against the City
of Santa Fe for their egregious arrogation of themselves into a regulatory
arena where they had no business.  Go to the Rio Grande Chapter of the
Health Physics Society (http://www.lrri.org/rgctitle.htm)  and do a search
for "INS Lawsuit" [about a page or two down into the site] .  Click on it
and you will see an Adobe Acrobat pdf copy of the 32 page complaint which
has been filed in federal court in ABQ.

Also, be sure to check out the program for the HPS midyear to be held in ABQ
at the end of January!
