Re: X-rays or Strip Search?
This struck me also. In Indiana, it is illegal to expose humans to direct radiation except for "healing arts purposes". I wonder if Customs will try this nationwide?

I haven't yet seen anyone question how the hospital is going to
justify the X-ray on medical grounds! I know in Rhode Island and
Pennsylvania a medical facility is required to present a medical
justification for taking radiographs. Not New York??
