Determination of Exempt Quantities

A very interesting paper on this subject was published
this year:

	Accountability Activity Threshold
	Methodology. Radiation Protection Management,
	Volume 15, No. 3 (May/June 1998), pp. 23-45.
	Copyright 1998, RSA Publications.

Suffice it to say, a coherent, consistent methodology
may not have been used for determining all the exempt
quantities presently in the U.S. Code of Federal
Regulations (at least for some of the radionuclides
identified).
