Utility Leaves Nuclear Business - (DECATUR) -- The company that 
owns Illinois Power plans to get OUT of the nuclear power 
business. Illinova Corporation has announced its plans to either sell 
or shut down the troubled nuclear power plant in Clinton. Illinova 
says a number of companies have already expressed interest in 
buying the plant. Company President Charles Bayless says the 
move will give Illinova a fresh start, and allow it to move ahead... 
without the frustration caused by the Clinton  
plant, which has been shut down by federal inspectors.
