BRIAN,

CHECK WITH THE NRC OFFICE OUT OF KING OF PRUSSIA.
ABOUT MID-JANUARY 1991, THERE WAS AN INCIDENT ABOARD THE "MERKUR AFRICA"
OFF THE EAST COAST.
IT INVOLVED A SHIPMENT OF RADIAOCTIVE SEALED SOURCES AND ONE HELL OF A
STORM.
