Lab contaminations limits

I don't know if this has been discussed yet, and I can't seem to get onto the
server that searches the archives.

What contamination limits do you set for the labs? 
IE at what levels do you require a lab when they are self monitoring to
decontaminate the item/area? Do you differentiate between exclusive use and
multiple use areas? Removable vs fixed? Do you just say if you find it clean
it?
