Reg. guide 8.13 online?

Radsafers,
I know it is kind of slow today but may be somebody out there can help me.
I am looking for Reg. guide 8.13 online copy.
I have looked on NRC and BNL web sites. 
Also I am looking for 10CFR20 Appendix B.
NRC's site has it but there a lot of links and I need version which I could
prints out.
Basically I need those copies to include in the printed report.
Any help would be very appreciated.
