Point of clarification:  While this statement might apply to a launch
vehicle/missile, it has no bearing on whether or not the
weapon/warhead is armed, which still requires separate and distinct
actions by two individuals, not a computer.

Question: aren't most modern reactors designed with a negative
temperature feedback (i.e., positive delta T depresses k)?
