"ELF/EMF: The California Supreme Court ruled that the extremely-low frequency
electromagnetic field issues do not having standing in the California courts
(Covalt v. SDG&E). The court's opinion references the 1995 APS statement on
ELF/EMF. A 120-page reprint book on ELF/EMF will be published by the AAPT,
accompanying the "Resource Letter: Biological Effects of Low-Frequency
Electromagnetic Fields" (Am. J. Phys. 64, 974-981, 1996; see POPA WWW for a
longer version). "
