     Yes. Just pulled the Texas incident off for lessons learned 
     distribution among the techs. Both recent events are prime examples 
     why power reactors tend to tightly control RT activities, It may be 
     their license, but we can't stand the bad PR from an incident on site. 
     
     As a related note, there's also been a rash of source cable failures 
     associated with one manufacturer's device within the last few years. 
     There is a recently issued NUREG that addresses the issue. It's 
     available on via the NRC web site.

Anyone notice the rash of radiography events of late?
     
I recall an overexposure in Seattle a month ago and now this event in 
Texas.
