legislator from New York - distrusts Millstone management

Neighbors Concerned About Millstone - (BRIDGEHAMPTON, New 
York) -- A state legislator from New York doesn't trust the people in 
charge of the Millstone Three nuclear power plant. Assemblyman 
Fred Thiele (THEEL), who represents Eastern Long Island, says 
the Nuclear Regulatory Commission should extend Millstone's 
evacuation radius from ten-to-50 miles. This would enable New 
York State to have a say in how the plant is run. Thiele says his 
district is a mere twelve miles across Long Island Sound from the 
reactor in Waterford.
