     Not sure, but it sounds like they lead a group of individuals trying 
     to identify and "fix" Y2K problems before they become problems.

Just a point of clarification on this discussion. I believe that UG has only
been running the SRL since the transition from DuPont to Westinghouse as
operating contractor (1989, I think). Before then I believe it was one of
the South Carolina schools (University of SC, I think.)
