Looking for a computer code

I am trying to locate a computer code for one of my colleagues.  To the
best of his knowledge, the code is called "D&D" and may have been
written for the NRC to aid in pathway analysis for decontamination and
decommissioning activities.  Does anyone have any knowledge of this code
package?
