RE: Origination, Assumptions, Restrictions for Use of Uranium SA Calc
Can't know about <.711 (or maybe even higher) if the thing has been
blended. The equation can't work except for a gaseous diffusion
process. Manual mixing after the gaseous diffusion fact changes
