OPERATIONS MANAGER:
Reports directly to the President and will be responsible for day-to-day
technical operations of government and commercial projects for Afftrex
Ltd.  

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: 
To manage national scheduling and real-time operations which facilitate
the maximization of resources to achieve customer satisfaction,
productivity and adherence to economic goals.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
-  BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering or related major 
(Equivalent combination of education and experience)

-  Minimum of 5 years previous operations management and project   
management. 

-  Prior commercial and government nuclear D&D experience

-  Prior bid, proposal  and contract negotiation experience

-  Prior experience in supervising, coaching and developing staff

-  Prior industrial and construction safety experience.
