Re: Emergency Action Plan



     With regard to potentially contaminated patients and hospital 
     Emergency Departments, etc., suggest you contact REAC/TS at ORAU in 
     Oak Ridge, TN.  They have a web site.  You might speak with Roan 
     Goans, the lead physician there; incidentally he was formerly a 
     physicist and an HP, of sorts - developed WBC systems using unique 
     detectors, such as phoswich, etc. - as well.  He serves on the HPS 
     Journal Editorial Board.

Can anyone point in the right direction on sources of information that would
outline the Key Elements of an Emergency Action Plan for radiation
safety/Fire Protection programs.
