RE: personal shipment (transporting) RAM
The "Exclusive Use" requirement is only applicable to packages labeled
Yellow-III with a TI >10 and contact dose rate >200 and <1000 mrem/hr. See
49CFR172.403(c) for details. This should be applicable to very few
packages...

In addition to what Mr. Lipton has contributed note that should you
transport a Yellow-III package the vehicle must be placarded, which
would
necessitate a CDL with a hazmat endorsement.
