Weapons Plant Study Ordered -- There will be a new federal study 
looking at the health of workers and neighbors at nuclear weapons 
plants. It appears the project will begin in Oak Ridge. Federal 
agencies want to develop a plan for investigating reports of 
illnesses near nuclear plants.
