RE: charges for radiation surveys

We have a flat annual fee to Radiation Oncology that covers all routine
activities except instrument calibration.  This was negotiated based on a
study done by my predecessor regarding the amount of time we spent
supporting Rad Oncology.  Similar fees were arrived at for Nuclear Medicine
and Nuclear Cardiology.
