Needed: Laboratory for Radioactive and RCRA analysis

Samples of "sludge" from an industrial sewer system need to be
analyzed for radioactive content and TCLP. Is anyone familar with
a lab that can perform both types of tests? The perfect solution
would be a California-based Lab. Phone contacts would be
