Re: Food irradiation

I cannot understand all the sudden commotion about food
irradiation. I was first "exposed" to irradiated food ca
1960--an irradiated T-bone in sealed plastic that had been
stored for months in a desk drawer. It looked great. I
was told later that it also tasted great.
