Re: Red Meat Irradiation



Mr. Richard Rhodes, author of The Making of the Atomic Bomb and Dark Sun 
(about the H-bomb) wrote a letter to the NYT about a year ago urging the
FDA to 
permit wider use of food irradiation, especially for foods which are
normally eaten raw.  His letter was excellent & worth reading - it may be
in the Radsafe archives.
