Babies teeth can't possibly give valid statistical results.  Why not use fecal
samples?  It's a sure bet that local mother's would part willingly with enough
sample material to satisfy any group.  In fact,  samples should be acquired
from locations where no nuclear facility exists as a scientific control.  

Admittedly, there might be ethical concern about using human bi-product
material for study purposes.  I would suggest then, using the waste of our
closest live-in companion, the domestic dog.  These animals share almost all of
the pathways for exposure to radionuclides as their human counter parts (dogs
breathe the same air, drink the same water and have access to the human food
through table scraps and garbage.  Again, the sample material available for
analysis is staggering.

Consider the statistical possibilities.
