Dear radsafers

We are in the process of reevaluating our personnel monitoring service.    
I would like to know your opinion pertaining to the following:
TLD vs. Film badge
Monthly reporting vs. quarterly reporting.  
Please note that our requirement is to correctly monitor for X, gamma and
energetic beta.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.
