C-14 Urine Bioassay

I need to generate intake retention fraction values for 24-hour urines for two C-14 labelled compounds:

C-14 chloramphenicol  ( 9 days post exposure)   needle stick pathway
C-14 erythromycin ( 7 days post exposure)  ingestion pathway

Any information regarding the biological half-life, excretion rates, or target organs
for these compounds would be greatly appreciated.
