AW: CT Dose calculation

For the calculation of the uterus dose the slice thickness ( x mm) and the filtration of the X-ray is necessary; also the distance between the anode and the rotation axis. Also the position of the first slice and the last in relation to landmarks of the patient.
Literature: "The Calculation of Dose from External Photon Exposures Using Reference Human Phantoms and Monte Carlo Methods Part VI: Organ Doses from Computed Tomographic examinations", GSF-Bericht 30/91ISSN 0721-1694
DGMP-Bericht Nr. 7, ISBN 3-925218-41-6 (in german)

If You give me more information, I will do the calculation.

Dear Radsafers: Does any one can help me or refer me to some literature to
calculate dose to abdomen and pelvis ( a female patient) using a 120 kVp,
170 mA, 32 slices each of 2 seconds technique- GE 9800 Quick CT scanner.
We are trying to determine the dose as the subject is found to be pregnant
and hence the need to counsel on the risk.
