NUREG/CR-3609 PNL-4942 has the information that you are looking for. It is
titled "Evaluation of Neutron Dosimetry Techniques for Well-Logging
Operations". It is prepared by F.M. Cummings, D.L. haggard, G.W.R. Endres
for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory. I am not sure if this is on the internet
or not, maybe someone else can help with that.
