Quite right. There is a family of NRC Regulatory Guides (or at least there
WAS such a set) pertaining to in situ leach extraction for uranium. As I
recall, the guides related to licensing, operations, and health physics of
such projects. I don't have ready access to NRC Reg Guides, but perhaps
someone could provide some additional help with that aspect.
