RE: COMPLY
Just a word of caution. It is my understanding that the recession was due
to transfer of the responsibility to regulate radiological emissions from
EPA to NRC for NRC and agreement state licensees. It is my further
understanding that COMPLY is an acceptable method of demonstrating
compliance.

Just in case anyone else missed it, Vol. 61, NO. 251, Federal Register
(68971-68981), December 30, 1996 for 40 CFR Part 61, rescinded the NESHAPs
reporting requirement (and the need to use COMPLY) for all facilities except
commercial nuclear power reactors.
I am guessing that Stan realizes this since he said he has another use for
the program, but his query reminded me that there may be others who would
appreciate this information.
