1st WIPP Shipment

The first WIPP shipment left Los Alamos National Laboratory last night
shortly before 8PM, bound for WIPP.  There was cheering as it rolled
through the small community of White Rock, the first community on its
route.  There was cursing an hour later as it rolled through Santa Fe.  It
should have arrived at WIPP about 4 this morning.
