WIPP

The first truck carrying TRU waste to WIPP left Los Alamos  last night at
1955 MST. The crowd here was cheering and supportive. This was not the case
along other parts of the route, one protester was arrested for blocking the
truck just west of Santa Fe, NM.

Hopefully things will go smoothly and we can prove that this is the best
alternative for the nations TRU waste.
